For 22 years I have successfully represented applicants for land use entitlements. My success is premised on my intimate knowledge of the political realities of every jurisdiction with which I deal. There is no substitute for knowing all the players. Whether large or small, I believe in my client and, as I am sure local government representatives would state, I represent my clients aggressively.”

Mr. McCracken has been involved in California land use issues since his graduation from Stanford University Law School. Prior to founding the firm of McCracken & Byers LLP, he was the County of San Mateo Land Use Attorney. He has tried cases in State and Federal Courts.
