Mr. Richardson is Of Counsel to the firm. He specializes in general civil litigation matters with an emphasis in construction and general business litigation. In the construction field he has represented owners, private and public entities, as well as contractors and other construction professionals. In addition, he advises clients regarding real estate and business transactional issues and intellectual

property matters.

His practice also includes providing advise to local governmental entities covering diverse municipal legal issues, including local code enforcement, tax issues, retirement disability issues, and land use issues. Mr. Richardson also maintains a position as a Deputy County Counsel with the County Counsel’s Office of Marin County.

Mr. Richardson has practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1979. He has been a partner in a Pacific-Asian rim import/export business as well as managed the Hawaii office of a San Francisco Bay Area construction consulting firm.

Admitted to Bar, 1979, California and U.S. District Courts, Northern District of California; 2000, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. Education: Drake University (B.S., 1976); Hastings College of the Law, University of California (J.D., 1979).
